GENERAL REPAIR CONDITIONS

  • The free repair quote given to the customer after acceptance of his part, constitutes only an approximation which may be subject to variations of more or less than fifteen% maximum, depending on the work actually carried out. In the event of a greater increase resulting from the discovery of unforeseen damage, the client will always be informed and their agreement will be expected before the work continues.

  • The firm and final estimate will be valid for ninety days.

  • Unless otherwise stipulated, repair or delivery times are given for information purposes only. They therefore in no way constitute a formal commitment. Marion Rousselot Horlogerie does not incur any late payment penalties in the event of non-compliance with said deadlines.

  • Unless otherwise stipulated, the guarantee given on repair and/or restoration work is valid for 2 years. This guarantee is only total to the extent that the repair carried out and for which the customer has given his agreement, is also total and complete. Partial or incomplete repairs and/or restoration, carried out at the customer's request to reduce the cost, therefore only benefit from a maximum warranty on the repaired and/or restored parts.

  • Damage or breakage caused by the customer or a third party during transport, moving, installation or misuse of the repaired part is not covered by the warranty.

  • The mainsprings, as well as the ropes, chains or hoses, original or not, present in watch mechanisms, as well as all steel or brass parts, being by nature alterable, unstable, brittle, subject to wear or damage over time, visible or not, are completely excluded from the warranty. Likewise, damage caused directly or indirectly by the unforeseeable breakage of the above-mentioned elements is excluded from the guarantee. We accept no responsibility either for damage caused to any other object by the breakage of any parts, nor for any injuries which may be incurred as a result.

  • Unless otherwise stipulated, all invoices issued by Marion Rousselot Horlogerie are payable in cash. The repaired and/or restored part will only be returned to the customer upon payment of the invoice.

  • Marion Rousselot Horlogerie declines all responsibility in the event of breakage or damage caused by third parties to parts stored in its workshops (acts of vandalism, malicious intent, accidents, etc.).

  • Any national or international shipment is at the customer's own risk.
